Task Job is a timeline CRM for small teams — tasks, invoices, quotes, expenses, customer approvals and attendance, in one place. Below are the questions we are actually asked. If yours is not here, write to us; a person reads every message.

Write below and it goes straight to our support desk — the same desk that answers messages raised inside the app. Tell us your company name and, if something went wrong, roughly when. We reply by email, as fast as we can and usually within a working day or two.
Already signed in? Profile → 🛟 Contact support raises the same kind of ticket from inside the app, and is the better route for anything account-specific: it arrives with your company and your role attached, and the replies come back in the app rather than by email.
Sign up free at taskjob.work/register — no card, no waiting for approval. The free Starter plan covers up to five people. You will be the owner of the workspace and can add your team from Profile → Team & Roles.
With the username and password you set for them, with their email address and password, or through Telegram if they would rather not remember one more password. All three reach the same account.
See taskjob.work/install. On iPhone, Safari adds it to the home screen and it runs full screen with its own icon. On Android there is an app to download directly. Both show the same live data as the browser — there is nothing to sync.
Ask whoever administers Task Job at your company. In Profile → Team & Roles they open your name and type a new password — it takes them about ten seconds. There is no emailed reset link, on purpose: staff accounts here are created by an employer, not self-registered, and a reset link is one more way into a company's books.
Use the form at the top of this page, from the email address on the account. We will verify you own it before changing anything.
The workspace has been suspended or cancelled at the platform level, usually over billing. Nothing is deleted while it is suspended. Send us a message above and we will sort it out.
Features come with the plan — invoices, quotes, expenses, projects, attendance and the customer portal are each switched on per package, and the ones your plan does not include are hidden rather than shown broken. Profile → Company details shows your plan. Upgrading turns the rest on immediately; nothing you have already entered is affected.
That is the permission model doing its job. Each role — manager, accountant, staff — holds a different set, and an administrator can adjust them per person in Profile → Team & Roles. Money figures are the strictest: expense totals and amounts are withheld from people who were not granted access to them, and that is enforced on our server rather than merely hidden on the screen, so it cannot be worked around.
Open the invoice and use Create A4 PDF. It lays out a real A4 document with your letterhead, which you can print or send. The customer sees the same document in their portal, so there is never a mismatch between your copy and theirs.
It is waiting for someone who holds the approve permission — usually a manager or the accountant. They will find it on the timeline for the day it was raised, and on the Expenses screen. Approving it also closes the task it came from.
Check-in is matched against the workplace your company defined, so a reading taken too far from it is rejected — and it needs a location fix to compare in the first place. Make sure location is allowed for Task Job in your phone's settings, and that you are at the site. A supervisor can record attendance manually if a phone will not cooperate.
Task Job needs a connection — it is a shared timeline, and showing you a stale copy of what your colleagues are doing would be worse than telling you plainly. It recovers on its own the moment the connection is back; nothing you had already saved is lost.
What we store, where it is kept, who else touches it, and how to have it deleted are all set out in the privacy policy. The short version: no advertising, no analytics, no trackers, each business walled off from every other, and we delete on request.
To export or delete your company's data, or to ask what we hold about you, use the form at the top of this page. You do not need an account to send it, which is deliberate: somebody who has left a company still has the right to ask.
